In order to begin work on your photograph, the first step is to email Ari a scan of your photograph in as high a resolution as possible. This scan is then restored and returned to you as a file, which can be saved on your computer or printed if you desire. Some photos require more work than others, and this step is also necessary to give you the most accurate estimate of the restoration cost. Although arrangements can be made to receive your original in the mail, scan it, and send it back to you, the preferred method is to send Ari this high-resolution file. This prevents the possibility of loss or damage when sending items through the post.
